Polki sarees return, refund & COD policy
Returns
- Deliveries outside India are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- A standard return fee of Rs 299 is deducted from the refundable amount.
- Defective items require an unboxing video showing the condition of the saree from the start.
- Custom products, Bandhej and Leheriya sarees, and items purchased with store credits are not returnable.
- Blouses can be exchanged for size issues but are not returnable.
- Last chance items and add-on accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Items must be returned in original condition with tags and the saree bag intact.

Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the source account after necessary deductions.
- Refunds are initiated after approval and received within 2-3 days.
- A 3% payment gateway fee is deducted from the refund amount.
- Complimentary gifts must be returned, or Rs 149 will be deducted from the refund.
Cash on delivery
- Extra shipping or COD charges are non-refundable.
- COD orders are refunded as store credit within 10 days of delivery.
Cancellations
- Cancellations are allowed within 24-48 hours before the order is shipped.
- A 3% fee is deducted from the refund upon order cancellation.
- Last chance category products cannot be cancelled.
