Returns

- Returns must be requested before sending items back, or they will not be accepted.
- Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon reception.
- To exchange an item, return the original and make a separate purchase for the new item.
- We accept returns for damaged products only.
- Items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- You must provide an unedited, uncut unboxing video showing the address and the defect to report an issue.
- Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
