Returns
- Returns must be initiated online via the My Orders section within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused with tags intact to be eligible for return.
- Briefs, trunks, socks, and innerwear sets are not accepted for return.
- The product is picked up within 5 working days after a Return ID is generated.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within one working day after the product passes a quality check at the warehouse.
- Refunds for credit card, debit card, or net-banking payments are credited to the source account.
- Refunds typically reflect in the source account within 5-7 working days.
Cash on delivery
- No refunds are applicable for orders placed using the Cash on Delivery option.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests may be accepted or rejected at our discretion.
- Only orders that have not left the fulfilment centre can be cancelled.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
