Returns
- We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- Exchanges are processed via store credit.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Innerwear, lingerie, and customised or altered items are not eligible for exchange.
- Report damaged or wrong items via email to returns@peachmode.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Clearance sale items are final and will not be exchanged.
- We reimburse up to INR 100 for courier charges if pickup is not available at your pincode.
