Kaarique return, refund & COD policy
Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Report defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery via the website or email to info@kaarique.com.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos when contacting us.
- Kaarique reserves the final right to decide the eligibility of all return and replacement requests.
- Approved replacements are delivered within 5-7 days subject to product availability.
Refunds
- Returns and refunds are not offered for fitting issues on items marked as Free Size.
- Refunds are processed only for items that pass inspection and meet eligibility criteria.
- Approved refunds are issued as store credit within 24 hours of the order being picked up.
- Store credit is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
- Shipping costs are never credited back to the customer.
- Monetary refunds incur a deduction of ₹250 for orders above ₹3000 and ₹100 for orders below ₹3000.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
