Returns
- Returns are only accepted in case of defective or damaged products.
- Exchange is allowed within 7 days of receipt if the customer is dissatisfied with the product.
- Products must be in original condition, unwashed, unused, with tags and folds intact.
- Defects must be reported via email or call within 3 days of receipt with photographs.
- Returns must be shipped through FedEx Corporation only.
- Customers bear shipping charges and custom duties for returns, which are deducted from the refund.
