Ikkat – Sunasa return, refund & COD policy

Returns

  • You must request a return within 2 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoices intact.
  • Sale items, discount code purchases, pre-order items, and customised products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Silk products are only accepted for return in extreme situations or if the wrong item is received.
  • You may be required to provide video proof of the product.
  • Returns can be initiated via your account history on the website or by emailing contact@sunasa.in.
  • Sunasa reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request without providing a reason.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the product is delivered to us in its original condition.

Refunds

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method or as store credit in your Sunasa Wallet.
  • A transaction fee of up to six percent may be deducted from your refund.

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3-8 working days of receiving the product.
