Wobbly Walk return, refund & COD policy

Returns

  • Gift cards, customized items, and international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of purchase.
  • Exchanges are allowed up to two times per order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and include all tags and accessories.
  • Customized orders are eligible for a one-time complimentary alteration within 7 days of delivery.
  • Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items via email within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A courier charge of ₹350 applies if a reverse pickup fails twice or is cancelled by the customer.

Refunds

  • Additional charges for alterations or expedited delivery are non-refundable.
  • We reimburse shipping costs up to Rs 250 upon receiving the original receipt.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Cash on delivery

  • Bank details are required for processing refunds on COD orders.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded 24 hours after being placed.
