Returns
- Return, exchange, or store credit requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide an unboxing video, photos of the product, and the shipping label for damage or missing item claims.
- Comfort-related exchanges are limited to a one-time request per item.
- Return courier charges are borne by the customer for 'not satisfied' cases.
- A ₹250 delivery charge applies to color or product exchanges.
- Apparel must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
Refunds
- Store credit is issued within 3 business days after quality check.
- Store credit is valid for 180 days from the date of issue.
- Cash refunds are only provided if the item is out of stock or cannot be delivered.
- Store credit cannot be converted into cash.
Cash on delivery
- COD payments are not eligible for cash refunds.
- Approved issues on COD orders are resolved via replacement or store credit.
Cancellations
