Toffle return, refund & COD policy

Returns

  • International orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded due to shipping costs.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.
  • You can exchange products within India for size issues or if you do not like the item.
  • Damaged products or those with major stitching issues qualify for returns.
  • Design variations in hand-embroidered, hand-painted, or digital print products do not qualify as different products.
  • Customers must bear shipping charges for both dispatch and pickup during the exchange process.
  • If a sizing issue is caused by the brand, they will arrange for both pickup and delivery.
  • For size exchanges, you must ship the product back and include your order ID, name, phone number, and size details.
  • A Rs 500 fee applies for size alterations unless the error was made by the brand.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as a gift card.
  • Shipping charges and 2-3% payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
  • If you refuse delivery, a store credit is issued after deducting shipping and handling fees.
  • Partial COD payments are non-refundable if the package is not received.
  • Gift cards have no expiration date.

Cash on delivery

  • Part of the amount must be paid in advance.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 60 minutes of placement for a full refund.
