Returns
- Parcel opening video is mandatory
- Provide receipt or proof of purchase
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer pays for return shipping
- No returns on sale items
- Customised merchandise cannot be returned
- Item must be unused and original
- Must be in original packaging
- Brand approval required after inspection
- Request return via website profile
- Return within 14 days of delivery
- Exchange within 5 days for defects
Refunds
