Returns
- Return, exchange, or store credit requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Requests must include your full name, reason for the request, photos of the product, and photos of tags, packaging, and invoice.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping using a reliable, trackable courier service.
- Final sale, clearance, gift cards, customized products, and items from pop-ups or third-party retailers are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Defective or incorrect items must be reported via email within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Refunds
- Money refunds are only considered for verified manufacturing defects, production issues, or delivery of wrong or damaged products.
- Store credit is issued if a requested replacement size is unavailable or if you choose it over an exchange.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping, COD, and other service charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by STRANGE.
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be transferred to another customer.
Cash on delivery
- COD charges are not included in store credit or exchange value.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped.
- Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and depend on the current order status.
