Skillmatics return, refund & COD policy
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in original packaging, unopened, unused, and with intact shrink wrap.
- Exchanges are only provided if items are missing from the box.
- BOGO coupon purchases and bulk orders of 5 or more units are not eligible for returns.
- Returns for personal preference or quality issues are arranged by the brand at no cost.
- Damage or defects occurring during transit are not covered.

Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment source after the product passes a quality check.
- Refunds may take 7-14 days to reflect in the bank account.
- COD order refunds require the customer to provide bank details.
Cash on delivery
- A COD charge of ₹50 applies per order.
- COD is only available for orders up to ₹5,000.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment.

- Prepaid order refunds are initiated immediately upon cancellation.
