• International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Return requests must be emailed to namastayofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Customers can opt for a pickup service for a fee of INR 199 or self-ship the product to the provided address.
• The return process may take 5 to 7 working days.
• Customers must ensure the correct product is handed over to the pickup agent.
• A proof of return video is required for claims regarding incorrect products received.
