Returns
- You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- To initiate a return, contact the brand via WhatsApp at +91-837-797-2923 or email savi.trading15@gmail.com.
- You must provide your name, order number, date of purchase, registered mobile number, and photos of the product.
- Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and include all tags, labels, and freebies.
- Returns are not accepted for perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.
- Size issues are not eligible for return or refund.
- Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
- Returns are processed within 24-48 business hours after receiving the product and your bank details.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer using the billing details you provide.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded.
- You may opt for a refund through S.A.V.I coupons for future purchases.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before 10:30 am if they have not yet been shipped.
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email to savi.trading15@gmail.com or WhatsApp to +91-837-797-2923.
- Refunds for canceled prepaid orders are processed within 24-48 business hours.
