Rustic Blends – rusticblends return, refund & COD policy
Returns
- You may initiate a return for defective or dissatisfied items within 3 days of receipt.
- Items must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

- Parcels sent without prior email notification will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable for damaged or defective goods.
- Sale products are not eligible for refunds or returns unless they are damaged or defective.
- Refunds are processed to your bank account within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
- Exchanges or store credits are valid for 12 months.
Cash on delivery
