Ribelle return, refund & COD policy
Returns
- Returns can be initiated through the online account order history for registered users.
- Gift recipients must ask the original buyer to initiate the return process.
- RIBELLE will provide a request number after receiving a Returns or Exchange Request Form.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring products are delivered to RIBELLE in good condition.
- RIBELLE will inform customers of the return acceptance or rejection within 2 working days of receipt.
- Accepted returns are credited to the RIBELLE wallet within 3 working days.
- Rejected returns will be shipped back to the customer.
- Exchanges are only permitted for quality-related issues within 2 days of receipt.
- Products must be returned within 2 days of delivery in original condition with all tags and packaging.
- Accessories, custom-made items, sale products, and items marked non-returnable are excluded from returns.

Refunds
- Refunds are only accepted for domestic orders within India.
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a refund minus a 10% processing fee.
- Credit note refunds are valid for 18 months from the date of credit.
- Cash back is provided as store credit valid for 3 months on non-discounted products.
- Cash back credits are non-transferable and can be used for up to 50% of an order value.
Cancellations
- Cancellation is not possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
- Cash back is revoked if an order is cancelled.
