Panda World return, refund & COD policy
Returns
- Frequent returns of more than 3 times in a financial year may be rejected.
- Replacements are only provided for damaged, non-working, or incorrect products.
- Report issues with an unboxing video and order ID to care@pandaworld.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must ship the product back via India Post and share the receipt.
- If the product is found to be working, the customer must pay shipping charges of Rs 150 to Rs 500 for return.
- Exchanged orders cannot be returned or exchanged again.
- Issues from assembly, mishandling, or installation are not covered.
Refunds
- Shipping charges are refunded only after the product is received.
- No refunds or replacements are provided for quality, color, design, or likability issues.
- A processing fee of Rs 150 is deducted from refunds for cancelled orders.
- No refunds are provided if an order is delayed or returned due to courier circumstances.
- Orders will not be shipped more than twice; after that, they are cancelled without refund.
Cash on delivery
- An extra COD charge of ₹100 applies per order.
- COD is only available for orders above ₹3,000.
Cancellations
- A cancellation fee of ₹150 applies.
- Only partial refunds are provided upon cancellation.
