Outdoor Goats return, refund & COD policy
Returns
- Return or exchange requests must be emailed to customercare@outdoorgoats.com within 7 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
- Record a continuous video of the product and packaging when returning items to protect against logistics discrepancies.
- Customized products, personal care items, and undergarments cannot be returned.
- Customers are entitled to one return or exchange per order.
- Reverse shipping charges are deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
- Refunds for card or net banking payments are processed to the original source within 7 to 10 working days.
- Wallet payments are refunded back to the wallet.
- If stock is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
- Shipping charges paid by the customer may not be refunded.
Cash on delivery
- COD is not available for orders outside India.
Cancellations
- Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed or packed.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to orders@outdoorgoats.com.
