Nukkad Tales return, refund & COD policy
Returns
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase such as an order number or receipt is required for returns.
- Mantras and customised items are not eligible for returns.
- Exchanges are limited to quality issues and the same items.
- Return and refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Color choices cannot be exchanged once the product is purchased.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed immediately upon approval and take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must include your order number and be sent via email to hello@nukkadtales.com.
- Cancellations are not possible for orders that have already entered production.
- Handcrafted items may not be eligible for cancellation after the production period begins.
