Returns
- Returns and replacements are only applicable within 24 hours of delivery.
- Exchanges for size issues incur an additional charge of Rs200 for courier costs, payable via cash on delivery.
- Made-to-order or customized products are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
- COVID-19 medical supplies are not eligible for return.
- Returned products must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds
