Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Exchange is allowed once per order within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns and replacements are provided for wrong products, wrong sizes, or manufacturing defects.
- Special sale products are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
- Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
- A package opening video is required for return or dispute investigation.
- Return shipping costs and reverse pickup charges are borne by the customer.

Refunds
- Refunds are issued as store credits with a 90-day validity.
- Payment refunds are only applicable for manufacturing defects or incorrect sizes.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
- Credit notes are initiated within 48 hours after the returned parcel is received and inspected.
Cash on delivery
- An extra COD handling fee applies to orders.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
