Handloom Sarees return, refund & COD policy

Returns

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Return or exchange requests must be emailed to support@hutsandlooms.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, with labels intact, and in original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sarees with fall and edging are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Exchanges are allowed only once and for products of equal or higher value.
  • A second exchange requires the customer to pay ₹250 for shipping charges.
  • Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with.
  • Contact the brand at returns@hutsandlooms.com.
  • Contact the brand at care@hutsandlooms.com.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed via online payment methods within 7 days after the returned product passes quality control.
  • Orders up to ₹1,500 are not eligible for refunds and will be issued a credit note instead.
  • Products damaged through use are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds are only processed after the product reaches the office and passes quality control checks.

Cash on delivery

  • Cash on delivery is not available for international orders.
  • Cash on delivery is available for domestic orders below ₹5,000.
  • Orders above ₹5,000 require prepaid payment.
