Returns

  • Requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for damage, defect, or missing item claims.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with original certification and packaging.
  • Customised jewellery, energised items, bead bracelets, malas, crystal trees, rakhi, and gift cards are not returnable unless defective.
  • Wait for approval before sending items via insured, trackable courier.

Refunds

  • Stones proven synthetic or artificial are eligible for a 100% refund with no time limit.
  • Prepaid refunds are processed in 5–7 working days, while other approved refunds take 10–12 working days.
  • International order refunds are processed within 40–45 days.
  • Refunds for COD orders are issued to the bank account provided by the customer.
  • Customisation and energisation charges are non-refundable.

Cash on delivery

  • COD is available for eligible PIN codes and order amounts.
