Freedom Tree return, refund & COD policy
Returns
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
- Requests for refunds or replacements must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Clothing items may be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
- Replacement requests for any items must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused, in saleable condition, and returned with original tags and receipts.
- Furniture damaged in transit will first be addressed by scheduling a local carpenter for repairs.
- Furniture items are covered by a 1-year warranty from the delivery date, excluding commercial use, modifications, and fabric elements.

Refunds
- Refunds to your original payment method are only made in exceptional circumstances and may incur shipping and transaction fees.
- Clothing size changes are facilitated if the product remains unused.
Cancellations
- Cancellations are considered if requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the shipment process has already been initiated.
