Edgability return, refund & COD policy
Returns
- Return requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.
- Returns are only accepted for items damaged during transit or with quality defects.
- Proof of damage via photos or videos is mandatory for returns.
- Stationery, footwear, earrings, gift cards, and freebies are non-returnable.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Contact edgability@gmail.com to initiate a return and receive the return address.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as a credit voucher.
- Refunds take 5-15 working days depending on the bank.
- Full refunds are issued for orders delayed over 75 working days.
- COD order refunds are issued as credit vouchers.
Cash on delivery
- Cash on delivery order refunds are converted into credit vouchers.
Cancellations
- Processed and dispatched orders cannot be canceled for a refund, only a credit note.
- Cancellations before dispatch are refunded after deducting a service fee.
