Returns
- Exchange requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- A complete parcel-opening video is required for damage or missing item claims.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and packaging to be eligible for exchange.
- Customized or altered products are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective due to a brand error.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for size-change or customer-requested exchanges.
Refunds
- Refunds are not offered for general returns or change-of-mind requests.
- If a refund is approved, a ₹250 shipping charge is deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellations
