Returns
- Clearance, end-of-season, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- A 50% shipping fee deduction applies to returns not caused by manufacturing defects.
- Do not ship products for return without prior authorization.
- If a freebie was included, both the product and freebie must be returned.

Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after quality inspection.
